Prep Slice cabbage and onion. Mince garlic. Slice meat(if using)
Cook Heat oil in large pan/wok. When hot add garlic and onion. Fry till onion is a bit past clear. Add cabbage. Fry till cabbage is tender (3-5 minutes). Add salt and sugar. Remove from pan.
For meat cook the cabbage as above but without the garlic. Remove cabbage from pan and add oil to pan. Fry the garlic. Add the meat and fry till done.
