Ingredients
1/2 lb meat (any kind)
3 garlic
1 inch ginger
1/3 lb green vegetables
2 T oil
1 onion
2 cups water
400-500 g rice noodles
1 T cornstarch
1 t white pepper
2 T soy sauce

Prep
Mince garlic and ginger.
Slice onion thinly.
Slice meat thinly and cover with cornstarch and white pepper.
Wash veggies and cut into bite size pieces.
Soak noodles for at least 1 hour.
Drain when done.

Cook
Heat oil in large pan/wok.
When hot add garlic and ginger.
Fry till crisp.
Add meat and fry till no longer pink on the outside.
Add onion and cook till soft.
Add veggies, water, and soy sauce.
When it boils add noodles and cook till hot all the way through.
Serve hot or room temp.
