Ingredients
Uncooked rice
Chicken stock
1/2 inch ginger
2 cloves garlic
Piece of chicken fat

Prep
Mince ginger and garlic finely.

Cook
Fry fat until you have enough oil to brown the garlic and ginger.
Remove fat and add garlic and ginger. (you can chop the fat finely and put it back in if you want to)
When garlic and ginger are brown add rice, and fry till shiny.
Remove from heat and cook like regular rice, replacing water with chicken stock.
Serve with Chicken and Brown Sauce.
