Ingredients
1lb pork
8 spring onion
3 garlic
2 cups water
3 Tbs soy sauce
16 oz medium or firm tofu
2 Tbs cornstarch
1/2 tsp white pepper
2 Tbs palm oil

Prep
Mix pork, pepper, 1 Tbs of soy sauce, and cornstarch together.
Mince garlic.
Slice spring onion thinly.
Cut tofu into 1/2 inch cubes.

Cook
Heat palm oil in wok.
When hot at garlic and fry till slightly brown.
Add pork and fry will done.
Add tofu and cook 3 more minutes.
Add water soy sauce and half the spring onion.
Bring to a boil, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Garnish with the rest of the onion and serve hot on rice.
