Ingredients
2 tablespoons soy sauce
6 tablespoons oil
1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons sugar
4 slices of ginger
4 spring onions
16 pepper corns
4 small pieces of cinnamon sticks
4 star anise
8 cloves
1/4 cup of water
1/4 cups of cooking sherry
24 gizzards

Sauce
Mix the soy sauce and oils together in a large bowl.

Cook
Mix all the other ingredients together in a large pie plate. Heat steamer till boiling. Put in gizzards and cook for one hour. Remove gizzards and let cool till holdable. Cut gizzards thinly and discard seasoning that it cooked in. When sliced put gizzards in the sauce that you made earlier. Serve whenever ready. Eat with rice.
