Ingredients
2 lbs beef flank or skirt steak
1 lemon
2 teaspoons of garlic powder
2 teaspoons of onion powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoons orageno
1/2 teaspoons of salt
4 bell peppers
2 large yellow onions
1 large purple onion
Tortillas for all present

Prep
Juice the lemon.
Mix the lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, orageno, and salt in a large pan.
Place the meat in the marinade and let it set for 2-4 hours.
Flip the meat once in a while.
While the meat is marinading chop the onions and peppers into medium sized pieces.

Cook
Start a grill. When hot grill the onions and peppers to your liking. When the onions and peppers are done grill the meat to your liking. While meat is cooking heat the tortillas. Once the meat is done cut it into about 1/4 inch thick strips. Serve the meat and vegetables with the tortillas and enjoy. Serves 6-8.
