Ingredients
2lb chicken feet
1 onion
3 tablespoons molasses
2 tablespoons oil
1/4 cup thick soy sauce
4 cups water
5 potatoes

Prep
Slice the onion thinly.
Wash and cut the potatoes it to medium chunks.

Cook
Heat oil in a wok. Add the onions and fry till they are translucent. Then add the molasses and feet. Stir till the chicken is browning. Then add water, soy sauce, and the potatoes. Cover and bring to a boil. Simmer for 40 minutes. Serve hot on rice.
