Ingredients
Marinade
1 cup coconut milk
3 tablespoons red curry paste
3 tablespoons coconut oil
1/3 cup fish sauce
6 tablespoons sugar
Satay
1.5 lbs chicken

Prep
Thaw chicken and cut into strips wide enough to fit on a grill without falling through.
Mix marinade and add chicken to it.
Let it marinade for a while.

Cook
Heat grill. When ready add marinaded chicken and cook till done. Baste chicken with marinade leftovers as they cook. When done eat warm with rice, salad, and peanut sauce. Peanut sauce goes well on all of it.
