Ingredients
1 T oil
6 eggs
1 4.25 oz can of sardines
2 spring onion
1/4 lb green vegetable

Prep
Beat eggs.
Slice spring onion, and vegetables very thinly.
Drain sardines of oil.

Cook
Heat oil in pan.
Add spring onion and fry till browning.
Add sardines and break apart.
Fry till sardines are crisp.
Add vegetable and fry till wilted.
Then add eggs and fry till done.
Serve hot or room temperature on rice.
