Ingredients
1/2 Tbs fragrant sesamy oil
2 eggs
1 inch ginger

Prep
Cut ginger into sticks
Slice spring onion, and vegetables very thinly.
Drain sardines of oil.

Cook
Heat oil in pan.
Add ginger, fry till crispy.
Add eggs, fry till 3/4 of white is hard.
Flip eggs, let fry till all of white is hard.
Remove eggs from pan.
Serve hot plan or on toast.
